Tutorial Description
This tutorial will instruct you in the process to place any Inventor part, assembly
or presentation file into a MS Word or Powerpoint document. You must allow ActiveX controls in order to play video segments.

Software Description
The software utilized in this tutorial is Autodesk Inventor Pro 2008, Autodesk DWF Viewer and Microsoft Office 2007. The student should be familiar with the basic functions of these programs. |

Process Description
| Step 1. |
Choose image output - image only or full screen with menus. Use image only for a presentation demonstrating the part. Use full screen for a presentation showing full menu structure of the Inventor program. |

Choose format - graphic file (BMP, JPEG, etc.) or DWF format. DWF format allows the user to pan, zoom and rotate the image within the Microsoft document. Autodesk DWF Viewer must be installed on the workstation in order to use this format. |

Export image from Autodesk Inventor. |
| Step 4. |
Insert image into the Microsoft document. |
